About American Beer Review
American Beer Review started in 2014 as a beer review blog highlighting some of the best craft beers and breweries that we could find. Careers and family distracted us from this side project for a few years until we relaunched the podcast in 2022. We have been putting out content weekly since the beginning of 2023.
We review beers from across the country, but are based in the Pacific Northwest so there is a good chance that we can be found in taprooms across the region.
Meet the Hosts
Brian
Brian is our resident beer nerd, visiting more breweries and taprooms than the other two hosts combined. When it comes to beer styles and beer trivia he is our go to.
Chad
Chad is the behind the scenes wizard in addition to hosting the show. This whole podcast thing was his idea and now it is his problem to manage. Chad also curates our tasting options for most episodes
Alec
Alec talks, and that is about the summation of what he brings to the table. He does some “research” that usually does more to confuse the team than inform them.
